This beautifully simple backpack made of organic cotton is the result of a cooperation between the sustainable fashion label MELAWEAR and dariadéh, the fashion label of Madeleine Alizadeh (also known as "dariadaria"). Both brands set high standards when it comes to both the choice of materials and the integrity of production: the backpack is made from 100% Fairtrade organic cotton and is produced from local resources in a factory in Kolkata, India, which has been awarded for fair and safe working conditions.

The backpack is water repellent in light rain & quick drying. The shoulder straps are adjustable and the backpack is equipped with side water bottle pockets, smaller accessory pockets and a separate laptop compartment (13"-15").

The article is triple certified with social and ecological standards: the Fairtrade Cotton, the GOTS seal and the Green Button.
